I was just kinda playing with ms paint. still trying to get back into practice with my tablet...
anyway, yeah... enjoy it XD its supposed to be the new oc i made last night as a cat.
Yes that is a bow tie shaped marking on his chest.
or at least, its supposed to be... XD
